From January 26 to 30, 2019, the second meeting of the 7th Hainan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was held in Haikou. Members of the provincial CPPCC from all parties, groups, sectors and nations in the province gathered together to listen carefully and review various reports and resolutions, and closely follow the major issues of economic and social development in Hainan Province, and actively propose suggestions, contributes wisdom and strength for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Zone.. Liu Wenjun, Chairman of the ZOSE Group, attended the meeting as the Standing Committee of the Provincial CPPCC and submitted a proposal on Proposal for Building “Hainan Film Island”.

On the morning of January 30th, the second meeting of the 7th Hainan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference completed the successful closing of the agenda in Haikou. Chairman Mao Wanchun of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference presided over the closing ceremony and delivered a speech. The meeting was successfully concluded in the majestic national anthem.
