Affected by super typhoon Yagi, the roads, trees, equipment and facilities of Hainan Culture and Sports Park were damaged in a large area, and the whole park was shut down for two consecutive days. In order to ensure the safety of life and property of personnel in the park, Su Xiaohua, General Manager of ZOSE Property, Zhang Shujun, Property Manager of Hainan Culture and Sports Park and other leaders attach great importance to it, actively organize cadres, employees and owners to devote themselves to post-disaster reconstruction work. Just after the typhoon, the cadres and employees of ZOSE Property immediately went to work overtime all night long. In the rain, they cleared roadblocks, sawed fallen trunks, cut branches and carried trees. We made concerted efforts to restore road traffic as soon as possible to ensure the travel safety of employees and masses in the park.

After Typhoon Yagi passed Danzhou, Liu Jun, General Manager of ZOSE Real Estate, Liu Yu, General Manager Assistant, General Manager of Property Management Zhou Lijuan and Zhang Yaojun, Director of Engineering Department, immediately held a special meeting on recovery work, requiring all departments of the Property Management Company to inspect the disaster damage situation on the spot, make detailed statistics on the damage data, including damaged trees, green plants, glass doors and windows, facilities and equipment, etc., and compile statistical reports to guide the post-disaster reconstruction work. At the same time, all employees of the property company shall carry out self-rescue after disaster in an orderly manner. On the premise of ensuring safety, they shall organize floor cleaning, garbage removal, equipment maintenance and other work to restore production and living order. At present, more than 200 person-times have been dispatched successively, more than 50 fallen trees and broken branches have been cleared, and all roads in the community have been restored, effectively guaranteeing the normal production and living order of owners and employees.
